KickIQ updates scores in real time, typically within 5–15 seconds of a goal, card, or substitution occurring. Our data is sourced from professional sports data providers with direct stadium feeds. During peak match times across multiple leagues, updates may occasionally take up to 30 seconds.

KickIQ covers 500+ competitions worldwide including the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, Copa Libertadores, MLS, FA Cup, EFL Cup, World Cup Qualifiers, EURO, Copa América, and hundreds more domestic leagues and cups across every continent.

Tap the Search icon and type your team's name. On the team's profile page, tap the star icon to follow them. Your followed teams appear at the top of your home feed with their next fixture, current league position, and recent form. You can follow as many teams as you like.

Yes. The Live tab shows all currently active matches in a scrollable grid. You can tap any match for a detailed view including match timeline, lineups, shots, possession stats, and live commentary. Swipe between matches to stay across multiple games simultaneously.

Occasionally data feeds from stadiums can have a brief delay or error. Pull down to refresh the match screen — this forces a fresh data fetch. If the score still looks incorrect after 2–3 minutes, please email us at aleem.rz@gmail.com with the match name and time so we can investigate.

Our machine learning model is trained on historical match data and analyses over 50 factors including: recent form (last 6 matches), head-to-head record, home/away performance, squad availability and injuries, league position, goal scoring and conceding trends, manager tactics, and days since last match. The output is a probability percentage for each possible outcome (home win, draw, away win).

Our model achieves approximately 55–62% accuracy on match outcome predictions across top European leagues — meaningfully above a random baseline of 33%. Football is inherently unpredictable, so no system can be 100% accurate. We display confidence levels alongside each prediction to indicate how certain the model is. Lower confidence scores indicate more evenly matched contests.

Predictions are refreshed every 24 hours leading up to a match and again approximately 2 hours before kick-off to incorporate the latest team news, confirmed lineups, and injury updates. The prediction panel shows a timestamp so you can see when it was last updated.

AI predictions are available for all top-tier competitions and most second-tier leagues. For smaller or regional competitions where historical data is limited, predictions may not be available or may carry a lower confidence rating. Competitions without predictions are indicated with a data icon in the fixtures list.

League tables update automatically within minutes of a match ending. During a live match, tables reflect the current "live" standings — so if a goal is scored, you'll see the temporary change in standings in real time. After the final whistle, the official updated table is confirmed.

Yes. On any league table screen, tap the filter icon and select "Home", "Away", or "Overall". You can also sort tables by goal difference, goals scored, wins, or form to get a different perspective on the standings.

Player profiles include: goals, assists, appearances, minutes played, shots on target, pass accuracy, tackles, interceptions, clean sheets (for goalkeepers), yellow and red cards, and average match rating. Season stats are shown alongside career totals where available. Top scorer and assist charts are available for every competition.

Yes. Each team's profile includes a Results tab showing all results for the current season. You can switch seasons using the dropdown at the top. Historical data goes back to the 2018/19 season for top-tier leagues and varies for lower divisions.

Before each match kicks off, submit your prediction for the outcome (Home Win, Draw, or Away Win). If your prediction is correct, you earn points. Bonus points are awarded for predicting the exact scoreline. Points accumulate on a weekly leaderboard that resets every Monday. The more accurate your predictions, the higher your KickIQ score climbs.

Correct outcome prediction: 10 points. Correct exact score: 25 points (includes the outcome points). Prediction streak bonus: +5 points for every 3 consecutive correct predictions. Upset bonus: +5 extra points when you correctly predict an upset that the AI rated below 30% probability.

Predictions lock at kick-off. Once a match has started, the prediction window closes. We recommend submitting predictions in advance — you can pre-predict all matches for the weekend on Friday evening. Predictions can be changed any time before the match starts.

The main leaderboard is global — you compete against all KickIQ users. You can also create a private mini-league with friends using an invite code (available in the Game tab → Create League). Private leagues have their own leaderboard and can cover any matches you choose.

Points are awarded within 5–10 minutes of the official final score being confirmed. For matches with extra time or delayed confirmation, it may take slightly longer. Pull down to refresh the Game tab. If points are still missing after 30 minutes, please contact us with the match name and date.

Follow a team (tap the star on any team page), then go to KickIQ Settings → Notifications and enable "Goal Alerts" for your followed teams. You'll receive a push notification within seconds of a goal being scored. You can configure alerts separately for goals scored, goals conceded, kick-off, half-time, and full-time.

Check the following: (1) iPhone Settings → Notifications → KickIQ — ensure Allow Notifications is on. (2) KickIQ Settings → Notifications — confirm the alert types you want are enabled. (3) Check your iPhone is not in Focus or Do Not Disturb mode. (4) Try removing and re-following the team. If issues persist, delete and reinstall the app.

Yes. Open any upcoming fixture and tap the bell icon to mute alerts for that specific match. This overrides your team-level settings just for that game — useful when you're watching live and don't need phone alerts. The mute resets automatically after the match ends.

No account is required for live scores, league tables, fixtures, or results. These features work immediately after download. An optional account is needed to participate in the prediction game leaderboard and sync your followed teams across multiple devices.

Go to KickIQ Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If your subscription is active, it will be restored immediately. For further help, contact Apple Support or email us.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KickIQ → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods but you can contact Apple directly for refund requests.

Most KickIQ data is stored on your device. To clear it, go to KickIQ Settings → Privacy → Clear All Data, or simply delete the app. For leaderboard data or account deletion, email aleem.rz@gmail.com and we'll remove your data within 7 business days.

First, check your internet connection. KickIQ requires an internet connection to fetch live scores. Try: (1) Pull down to refresh. (2) Toggle airplane mode off and on. (3) Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular. (4) Force quit and relaunch KickIQ. If the issue persists, our data provider may have a temporary outage — check our status updates.

First, ensure you have the latest version of KickIQ from the App Store and that your iOS is up to date. If crashes continue, email aleem.rz@gmail.com with: your iPhone model, iOS version, the exact screen you were on when it crashed, and whether the crash is repeatable. This helps us pinpoint and fix the issue fast.

Some smaller or regional competitions may have a data delay of up to 24 hours, or may not be fully covered. If a major competition's data is missing, pull down to refresh — the fixture schedule is cached and may just need a refresh. For persistent gaps in coverage, email us with the competition name and we'll investigate.

Live score polling uses background app refresh. To reduce battery usage: go to iPhone Settings → General → Background App Refresh and set KickIQ to "Wi-Fi Only" or disable it entirely (you'll still receive push notifications). You can also reduce notification frequency in KickIQ Settings → Notifications.
