To provide real-time scores, fixtures, standings, and statistics, KickIQ fetches data from trusted third-party sports data providers. These requests are made anonymously and do not include any personal identifying information.
The sports data APIs we use are contractually bound to handle request data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. No personal data about you is shared with these providers.
Your match predictions, points total, and game history are stored entirely on your device using local storage. This data does not leave your iPhone and is not accessible to us. If you participate in a leaderboard feature, only an anonymous score identifier is submitted — never your name, email, or Apple ID.
KickIQ uses push notifications to deliver goal alerts, match kick-off reminders, and final score updates for your followed teams. Notifications are entirely opt-in. You can manage your notification preferences at any time in KickIQ Settings → Notifications or in iPhone Settings → Notifications → KickIQ.
To send push notifications, Apple assigns your device an anonymous push token. This token is used only to route notifications to your device and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Any premium features or subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's StoreKit framework. KickIQ never handles or stores payment information of any kind. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
KickIQ is suitable for users of all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not contain user-to-user communication features. If you believe a child has inadvertently shared personal information through our app, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. You may also object to processing, request restriction, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. Because KickIQ stores data primarily on your device, most requests are fulfilled simply by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of KickIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
